the welcome i received was warm, acknowledging my diamond accor status with a beautiful upgraded room and complimentary breakfast, worth $110 aud daily, a wonderful offering! alan and norman provided very nice service, always attentive and friendly. i adored the automatic blackout blinds, free water, and the unbelievably soft bed linens, ensuring peaceful rest each night.
